Blame <b>Hollywood</b> for the surplus of Chihuahuas

I blame Hollywood for its 'arm candy' treatment of small dogs. Unfortunately, people don't spend enough time with their small dogs, not realizing that they need to work with them and socialize them as much as with a larger dog.
